Frontend Technical Lead, Tirana (Hybrid)
Lead frontend architecture and hands-on engineering for B2Tech’s sports betting platform. Guide its microfrontend migration, product development, and engineering standards.
Tavsif
- Set frontend architecture and technical direction for current product needs and future development
- Code directly and lead delivery of complex features
- Lead the platform rewrite and phased move to micro frontends while keeping production running
- Establish and champion frontend engineering standards across the company
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and build the team’s technical capability
- Create responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces and real-time features with APIs and WebSockets
- Solve performance, scaling, and architecture challenges in a live sports betting platform
- Diagnose production issues and resolve them promptly under pressure
- Spot technical issues and opportunities to improve, take ownership, and carry work through to completion
Talablar
- Bring at least eight years of professional frontend development experience
- Have strong hands-on skills in React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Know frontend architecture well and make sound technical decisions independently
- Have built and supported complex production applications
- Bring experience with real-time applications, WebSockets, and API integrations
- Understand responsive design, mobile web experiences, and frontend performance
- Be able to guide developers, give constructive code feedback, and improve engineering standards
- Solve problems effectively and work well under pressure
- Take initiative by identifying needed work and driving it forward
- Communicate fluently in English in daily work and technical discussions
- Live locally and be available to work from the Tirana office
- Experience with microfrontend architecture, incremental production rewrites or migrations, sports betting or gaming, or Angular is a strong advantage
