Tavsif

  • Collaborate directly with the management team across multiple companies and projects, including eFLY, Leadseek, and Simventory.
  • Build prospect lists and coordinate outreach campaigns.
  • Develop proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Keep CRM records up to date and manage systematic follow-ups.
  • Prepare management meetings with agendas, research, and relevant materials.
  • Produce analyses and presentations while monitoring results and open action items.
  • Document recurring workflows and help automate them.
  • Apply AI tools to increase operational efficiency.
  • Establish basic reporting workflows.
  • Assist with events including eCommerce Night, trade fairs, and DMEXCO.
  • Coordinate invitations and guest communications.
  • Help create content for LinkedIn.

Talablar

  • You are currently enrolled as a student.
  • You work in a highly organized, reliable, and dependable manner.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills and good English proficiency.
  • You are comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • A strong interest in AI tools is a clear advantage.
  • Prior experience in a startup, agency, sales role, or personal project is welcome but not essential.
