Founder's Associate - Berlin Hybrid
Support Remi Health’s founders as they build digital infrastructure for modern diagnostics across Europe. Contribute across marketing, sales, operations, and partner management.
Tavsif
- Support the founders with research, analysis, decision briefs, and follow-up actions
- Own priority topics spanning marketing, sales, operations, partner management, and internal processes
- Identify leads and keep Close and HubSpot CRM records up to date
- Prepare calls, proposals, and materials for partners
- Develop content for LinkedIn and newsletters
- Assist with landing pages and campaign launches
- Help organize events and trade shows
- Compile data and reports to support business decisions
- Coordinate trade show participation, including materials, logistics, setup, and external vendors
- Engage with partners and prospects at events
Talablar
- A completed university degree in any field
- Initial practical experience from internships, working student roles, or a personal project
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle several topics simultaneously
- Clear written communication and confidence in partner interactions
- Native-level German
- Very good English
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel or Google Sheets
- Discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive information
- Curiosity about healthcare and motivation to learn a complex product
- Willingness to work broadly before specializing
- Enthusiasm for the pace of a startup
- Experience with Notion or the ability to learn it quickly is a plus
- Experience with Close, HubSpot, or marketing automation is a plus
- Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Startup experience or experience organizing events and trade shows is a plus
