Tavsif

  • Oversee global delivery of football VAR and semi-automated offside systems
  • Ensure technology is deployed and operated reliably during live sporting events
  • Take ownership of delivering each event on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Manage a global team of riggers, engineers, and operators
  • Improve operating models to increase delivery efficiency
  • Serve as the primary client contact and manage expectations
  • Share status updates, technical requirements, and logistics with clients and partners
  • Plan and coordinate equipment shipping, installation timelines, and worldwide venue staffing
  • Source and hire permanent and freelance personnel
  • Establish quality controls and provide on-site troubleshooting
  • Maintain compliance with local and international health and safety standards
  • Complete risk assessments and equipment inspections
  • Apply performance data and client feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage event budgets, monitor expenditure, and provide regular reports
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance to optimise resource use
  • Ensure technical teams receive suitable training and professional development
  • Interpret contractual obligations and oversee their fulfilment
  • Ensure all events are invoiced accurately and promptly
  • Develop industry relationships and identify growth opportunities

Talablar

  • Demonstrated operations management experience in sports technology or broadcasting, with a record of delivering global projects
  • Strong leadership experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving delivery of high-quality products and services in a competitive environment
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and execute them independently
  • Sound, decisive judgement under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and solve complex problems
  • Entrepreneurial approach and readiness to challenge established practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends aligned with event schedules
  • Experience in live sports events or broadcasting environments
  • Working knowledge of camera systems, tracking software, and broadcasting equipment
  • Understanding of international logistics and experience managing projects across diverse cultural settings
  • Proficiency in additional languages
  • Degree in a STEM subject
