Financial Analyst, Federal Programs — Purvis Systems
Support financial planning, compliance, and reporting for federal programs at Purvis Systems. The role covers project budgets, forecasting, expense review, and audit preparation.
Tavsif
- Build project financial plans and maintain burn rate models
- Track project performance against available funding and budgets
- Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards
- Review and approve federal expense reports for compliance
- Serve as the financial liaison to Project Managers in program meetings
- Monitor subcontract compliance records, including Certificates of Insurance
- Contribute to financial forecasts and variance analysis
- Assist with proposal and rough order of magnitude development
- Maintain records that support compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation
- Help prepare for audits and validate financial records
- Work with Contracts, Accounting, and Project Management teams
Talablar
- Bring 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis or government program support
- Federal contracting experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred
- Have strong Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Be comfortable using AI tools to support financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Familiarity with FAR Part 31 cost principles is preferred
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills
