Finance Lead at Partiful - New York City Hybrid
Lead financial planning and operations at Partiful by building models, controls, budgets, and unit economics. Partner with leadership and teams across the business on growth, monetization, deal analysis, and financial decision-making.
Tavsif
- Build and maintain Partiful's financial model to support leadership decisions
- Develop scenarios for hiring, fundraising, expansion, and monetization plans
- Set pricing strategies and develop unit economics for monetization initiatives
- Oversee the financial components of ticketing deals, including partner diligence, fee-discount analysis, sponsorship ROI, and risk controls
- Work with external accounting and tax firms to support accurate books and timely closes
- Design and manage finance controls, policies, and processes
- Identify and execute opportunities to reduce costs across the business
- Develop budget infrastructure, department targets, cost centers, card limits, financial visibility, and reporting tools
- Manage daily finance operations, including AP/AR, internal and external reporting, cash management, and cap table administration
- Partner with teams throughout the company to inform growth and business decisions
Talablar
- 4–6 years of finance experience
- Background in private equity or investment banking
- At least two years of startup experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience calculating and owning financial metrics
- Experience underwriting deals and developing effective, tailored deal structures
- Exceptional standards for accuracy and correctness
- Meticulous attention to detail
- AI-native approach with a focus on building agents and using AI to streamline workflows
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA is a plus
