Finance Intern, Year-Round Rotation Program
Oshkosh Corporation’s year-round finance internship rotates students through six finance functions. Interns gain experience in analysis, accounting, planning, pricing, and procurement while pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
Tavsif
- Complete a two-year finance internship throughout the year.
- Rotate every six months through six finance areas: Credit and Collections & Financial Services; Demand Planning & Financial Planning and Analysis; Aftermarket & Used Equipment Pricing; New Product Development & Global Procurement Supply Chain Accounting; Accounting; and Cost Accounting.
- Build business partnership, commercial awareness, and leadership skills.
- Gain broader finance experience and an understanding of cross-functional work.
- Expand your knowledge and develop more advanced skills with each rotation.
- Build professional connections across the company.
- Prepare for the possibility of full-time employment after graduation.
Talablar
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Available for at least 15 hours per week during semesters for two years.
- Able to work onsite in Hagerstown, Maryland.
- Have at least two years remaining before graduation.
- Be a freshman, sophomore, or rising junior.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
