Field Investigator - South Carolina
Conduct covert surveillance, claims investigations, and evidence collection for Advantage Investigations across South Carolina and nearby states. The role includes video documentation, written reporting, and frequent regional travel.
Tavsif
- Perform daily covert surveillance assignments
- Conduct stationary, mobile, and other covert surveillance operations
- Cover assignments throughout South Carolina and surrounding states
- Document subject activity using video recording equipment
- Complete alive-and-well checks, subject locates, and basic scene investigations
- Perform paint sample analysis and deploy or retrieve EDR and RCS equipment
- Write and finalize detailed observation reports
- Upload surveillance footage and completed reports
- Deliver clear activity summaries to the operations team
- Handle basic claims investigation tasks
- Travel daily throughout the assigned territory
Talablar
- A current South Carolina Private Investigator license is preferred
- Private Investigator licensing is required, with requirements varying by state
- Prior surveillance or claims investigation experience is preferred
- Access to a reliable vehicle suitable for daily surveillance work
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to provide a motor vehicle record
- Availability to travel throughout South Carolina and surrounding states
- Flexibility for changing weekly schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed work style with the ability to work independently
- Ability to satisfy and maintain Private Investigator licensing requirements in multiple states
- Successful completion of a drug screening
