Tavsif

  • Support legacy technology platforms and maintain their underlying infrastructure.
  • Provide technical analysis to support reliable operations and automation.
  • Work with users to understand current procedures and clarify program goals.
  • Review legacy applications and the business processes they support.
  • Provide support for assigned legacy applications and systems.
  • Maintain databases so legacy applications continue to operate.
  • Coordinate with departments to keep legacy applications functioning as expected.
  • Monitor supported systems and their service levels.
  • Administer systems to maintain correct configuration and integrity.
  • Assist with legacy data maintenance and data extracts.
  • Help archive data and shut down systems as targeted legacy applications are retired.
  • Keep system configuration records accurate and current.
  • Develop programming or integration specifications.
  • Follow through promptly and escalate issues when needed.

Talablar

  • At least three years of hands-on experience supporting LCMC Health legacy applications, programming, or systems integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proof of citizenship or immigration status is required to verify authorization to work lawfully in the United States.
