Tavsif

  • Lead the Member Experience, Clinical Experience, and Care Delivery teams, setting priorities and ensuring reliable, high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and clinical leaders to turn ambiguous problems into technical plans and roadmaps.

  • Develop a practical engineering culture focused on product outcomes.

Talablar

  • At least 7 years of software engineering experience, including 3 or more years managing engineers.
  • Demonstrated success leading product teams that delivered predictably and to a high quality standard.
  • Strong technical skills across backend, web, and mobile development.
  • Sound product judgment and clear, direct communication.
  • Experience leading distributed teams.
  • Daily use of AI coding tools and a considered approach to governing their use.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare or another regulated field, such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST; EHR integrations; or launching LLM features in production.
