Digital Engineering Lead – Transport Projects
Lead BIM, information management and digital delivery for Aurecon’s major transport projects in Queensland. Guide project teams and stakeholders while shaping digital engineering strategy in Brisbane.
Tavsif
- Lead digital engineering and information management across major transport projects.
- Create and implement BIM execution plans, information management plans and digital delivery frameworks.
- Help project teams meet client requirements, contractual commitments and industry standards.
- Manage common data environments, collaboration platforms and information workflows.
- Coordinate and review models and digital deliverables, ensuring their quality.
- Advise on digital scope, resourcing, program requirements and project delivery approaches.
- Support project mobilisation, team onboarding and capability development.
- Build relationships with clients, contractors, joint venture partners and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor BIM and digital engineering practitioners and contribute to Aurecon’s technical communities.
- Shape Aurecon’s digital engineering strategy and strengthen its position in Queensland’s infrastructure market.
Talablar
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, construction, information technology or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Substantial experience leading digital engineering, BIM and information management on infrastructure projects.
- Strong grasp of project delivery needs from design through construction and handover.
- Experience with major transport infrastructure projects, preferably including Queensland TMR projects and collaborative or joint venture settings.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, information management principles and digital delivery systems.
- Experience managing common data environments and multidisciplinary digital project teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence, coach and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
