Digital Engineering Lead, Transport Infrastructure
Lead BIM, information management and digital delivery for Aurecon’s Queensland transport projects. Guide multidisciplinary teams and clients across major infrastructure programs.
Tavsif
- Lead digital engineering and information management across major transport projects.
- Create BIM execution and information management plans, along with digital delivery frameworks.
- Help project teams meet client needs, contractual commitments and industry standards.
- Set up and manage common data environments, collaboration platforms and information workflows.
- Coordinate, review and assure the quality of models and digital deliverables.
- Advise on digital scope, resourcing, program needs and project delivery approaches.
- Assist with project mobilisation, onboarding and team capability development.
- Build productive relationships with clients, contractors, joint venture partners and colleagues.
- Mentor BIM and digital engineering practitioners, and contribute to Aurecon’s Technical Communities.
- Shape Aurecon’s digital engineering strategy and strengthen its Queensland infrastructure presence.
Talablar
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, construction, information technology or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Substantial experience leading digital engineering, BIM and information management on infrastructure projects.
- Strong grasp of project delivery needs through design, construction and handover.
- Experience on major transport infrastructure projects; Queensland TMR projects and collaborative or joint venture settings are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, information management principles and digital delivery systems.
- Experience managing common data environments and multidisciplinary digital project teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to influence, coach and guide teams to successful outcomes.
