- Manage wallets across hot, cold, and MPC custody environments

Talablar
- Bring 5–7 years of operations experience at a hedge fund, trading firm, or crypto financial services company
- Have hands-on digital-asset operations experience, particularly in custody, settlements, or DeFi workflows
- Demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Work effectively in fast-moving, high-stakes settings with shifting priorities
- Organize multiple workstreams systematically and follow through reliably
- Communicate clearly, directly, and proactively across teams
- Experience with exchange or counterparty operations is advantageous
- Hold a bachelor's degree; finance, technical, or business education is preferred
