Tavsif

  • Produce news, features and other content for print and digital platforms.
  • Create and contribute to video and commercial content.
  • Attend and report on industry events in the UK and overseas.
  • Stand in for editors when required.
  • Help manage websites and newsletters day to day.
  • Develop editorial ideas and identify ways to strengthen content.
  • Proofread and copy edit content while maintaining high editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business and build relationships with external contacts.
  • Work across engineering titles including Eureka, Manufacturing Management, MADE in Ireland and Machinery.

Talablar

  • Write strong news and feature stories.
  • Proofread and copy edit to a high standard.
  • Manage competing deadlines across several publications.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Show curiosity and develop engaging content ideas.
  • Be able to travel in the UK and overseas when required.
  • Experience with editorial CMS platforms and Adobe InDesign is useful but not essential.
  • Use sound editorial judgement.
  • Have an interest in specialist journalism.
  • Quickly understand the industries and audiences covered.
  • Have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • Not require visa sponsorship.
