Data Engineer, dbt
Build data pipelines and dbt models for NCS, a Brazilian Data & Analytics consultancy. Work with cloud platforms, Databricks, Snowflake, and data governance.
Tavsif
- Create and maintain data pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments
- Develop dbt transformation models with tests, documentation, and version control
- Use tools for data integration, transformation, and quality
- Contribute to data models for Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
- Apply sound practices for data performance, security, and version control
- Partner with analysts, engineers, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions
Talablar
- Experience with cloud data services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Practical experience using dbt models, tests, macros, and documentation
- Experience with data integration and transformation platforms such as Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, Talend, IICS, or IDMC
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills; senior positions require advanced proficiency
- Python experience for data engineering
- Experience with platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and automation
- Conceptual understanding of data architecture and governance, with the ability to apply project best practices
- Certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, Qlik, Informatica, Databricks, or Snowflake are desirable
- Experience with pipeline observability and monitoring is desirable
