Tavsif

  • Track and analyze data center operating expenses, commitments, and spending trends.
  • Compare actuals with forecasts and budgets to explain variances.
  • Investigate discrepancies and unusual spending, then recommend actions.
  • Apply advanced Excel modeling and data analysis to produce financial insights.
  • Review spending history and operational drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Coordinate and consolidate budget and forecast submissions.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
  • Build financial projections and identify potential cost savings.
  • Track budget performance and advise business partners on spending commitments and targets.
  • Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, commitment tracking, and KPI dashboards.
  • Assist with month-end close through accrual calculations, variance commentary, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate data and follow financial policies and internal controls.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Assess the financial impact of purchase commitments and their alignment with budgets.
  • Work with vendors, Accounts Payable, and internal teams to resolve invoice, receipt, and purchase order issues.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, expense management, or operational finance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, financial models, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with month-end close, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and methodical approach to financial management and data integrity.
