Creative Designer - Illinois Farm Bureau (Hybrid)
Develop campaigns, infographics, and marketing materials supporting Illinois Farm Bureau’s agriculture advocacy. Manage print, digital, broadcast, and social media design projects for Illinois farming communities.
Tavsif
- Develop graphics that strengthen news content and marketing materials
- Produce design deliverables that follow project specifications and brand standards
- Manage complex graphic design, photo manipulation, prepress production, and electronic media projects
- Present design concepts, prototypes, layouts, revisions, final artwork, and templates
- Partner with content specialists and Illinois Farm Bureau staff to coordinate projects within specifications, deadlines, and budgets
- Support marketing initiatives and carry creative concepts through broadcast, print, and social media campaigns
- Monitor emerging trends, technologies, developments, and opportunities in graphic design
- Provide design consultation when requested
- Operate the wide-format printer to produce and assemble creative projects as needed
- Coordinate classified advertising and support assigned departments with additional duties
Talablar
- Typically requires at least four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
- Background managing complex graphic design projects
- Experience manipulating photographs for creative production
- Experience with prepress and print production processes
- Experience creating materials for electronic media
- Ability to explain and present design concepts, prototypes, layouts, revisions, final designs, and templates
- Ability to work collaboratively with content specialists and staff
- Working knowledge of current graphic design trends, technologies, developments, and opportunities
- Ability to deliver work within defined specifications, deadlines, and budgets
- Illinois Farm Bureau generally does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position
