Contracts Administrator - Onsite
Manage contracts, bids, compliance reviews, and subcontractor coordination for Teledyne Technologies. This full-time onsite role supports commercial and government contracting activities.
Tavsif
- Negotiate and administer agreements with vendors, customers, and business partners
- Coordinate contract structure with sales, service, and legal teams
- Evaluate contracts against company policies, government specifications, and other applicable requirements
- Assess material, equipment, and production cost estimates alongside performance standards and delivery timelines
- Prepare bids, process specifications, testing and progress reports, and related exhibits for senior review and approval
- Evaluate competing bids for compliance with contract terms and identify acceptable offers
- Negotiate contract terms with customers and bidders
- Request contract amendments and extensions when needed
- Provide departments with guidance on contractual rights and responsibilities
- Gather information used to develop estimates
- Keep contract and contractor status databases current
- Review contractor-related correspondence and provide responses as appropriate
- Build and maintain contractor relationships throughout the contract award process
- Serve as the company’s liaison with subcontractors when required
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 0–2 years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Capability to satisfactorily perform all essential responsibilities
- The knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to carry out the role’s essential responsibilities
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and regulatory orders
- Successful completion of required background screening, which may include education, employment, criminal, driving, reference, credit, and drug checks
