Tavsif

  • Independently produce 2–4 weekly videos focused on Brazilian use cases such as travel, wealth, remote work, and new products.
  • Develop video concepts and write scripts.
  • Create polished, natural-feeling content that does not resemble traditional advertising.
  • Manage the editing of videos and final production assets.
  • Track social media trends to identify new content opportunities.
  • Produce premium-quality visual work, ideally drawing on filmmaking or creator experience.
  • Partner with the performance marketing team to test and improve creative concepts.

Talablar

  • Demonstrated experience creating video content as a content creator, filmmaker, or in a comparable role.
  • A portfolio featuring organic or branded content with strong production quality.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian digital culture, including trends, humor, and language.
  • Strong pre-production capabilities, including concept development and scriptwriting.
  • Ability to independently deliver high-quality content.
  • Experience producing varied formats such as UGC, voice-over videos, and street interviews.
  • Strong post-production and video-editing skills.
  • Capacity to create compelling videos on a weekly schedule.
  • Preferred: experience producing with both professional cameras and an iPhone.
  • Preferred: ability to increase video output while maintaining quality by managing or hiring UGC creators and agencies.
  • Preferred: clear understanding of affluent Brazilian users’ culture and behavior.
  • Work from the São Paulo office three days per week.
