Collections Specialist – San Luis Potosi, Hybrid | Honeywell
Oversee vendor and customer collections, reconciliations, disputes, and reporting in a hybrid Honeywell role based in San Luis Potosi. Help strengthen cash flow and limit bad debt across the company’s industrial automation business.
Tavsif
- Oversee vendor accounts and keep collection activity records accurate
- Reconcile bank accounts and assist with month-end closing processes
- Address vendor inquiries and assign expenses to the appropriate accounts
- Ensure collections practices follow company policies and applicable standards
- Prepare reports covering collection results and overdue accounts
- Manage customer accounts and settle disputes to support cash flow and reduce bad debt
Talablar
- Professional experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Working knowledge of collections procedures and financial reconciliations
- Understanding of general ledger upkeep and bank reconciliation
- Capability to handle vendor and customer collections inquiries
- Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Background in a high-volume or fast-paced finance setting
- Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving ability
- Experience with collections applications and financial management systems
