Tavsif

  • Lead civil defense cases from initial assessment through resolution, including trial preparation.
  • Shape defense strategy, assess claims, and identify paths to favorable outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor associate attorneys in litigation strategy and case management.
  • Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and other litigation stages.
  • Work with clients, insurance representatives, and legal teams.
  • Review pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal filings.
  • Set case priorities, move litigation forward, and maintain client relationships.
  • Make strategic decisions and help grow the litigation practice.

Talablar

  • Earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Hold an active California Bar license in good standing.
  • Currently reside in California.
  • Have at least four years of civil litigation experience.
  • Have experience supervising associate attorneys or independently managing cases from start to resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong litigation strategy, legal writing, and communication skills.
  • Deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience is highly valued.
  • Experience in personal injury defense, insurance defense, construction defect, habitability, insurance coverage, product liability, or professional liability litigation is preferred.
