Business Transformation Analyst - Huntington Beach, CA (Hybrid)
Business Transformation Analyst supporting integration, process improvement, and operational initiatives in cross-functional teams. The role develops analytics, dashboards, and change-management materials to support business performance and implementation.
Tavsif
- Support integration and organizational change initiatives across commercial, logistics, supply chain, and operations functions
- Evaluate business processes for opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and simplicity
- Map current and future workflows and assist with implementing process enhancements
- Examine business and operational data to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Create performance metrics, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations covering integration progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to define requirements, address issues, and advance project delivery
- Lead meetings and provide updates on project progress, risks, and recommended actions
- Keep project schedules, plans, records, action logs, and process documentation current
- Help produce standard operating procedures, training resources, and other change-management materials
Talablar
- Work on a 1099 contract through the end of June 2027, with a potential extension
- Live locally in Huntington Beach, California, and be available onsite at least four days per week; relocation is not provided
- Complete an onsite, in-person interview
- Have authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is unavailable
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, finance, operations, or a related discipline
- Bring at least three years of experience in business analysis, integration, project coordination, operations, supply chain, or a comparable field
- Have supported business transformation, integration, or change-management programs
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities
- Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
- Manage competing priorities while collaborating effectively across functional teams
- Preferred: background in manufacturing, industrial, energy, mining, metals, chemicals, or a related sector
- Preferred: familiarity with commercial operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain workflows
- Preferred: experience improving and optimizing processes
- Preferred: experience using SAP or another ERP platform
- Preferred: familiarity with project management practices and business process mapping
