Business Development Manager, Software Sales
Grow Convene software sales in Thailand by developing regional plans and leading sales and marketing efforts. Track performance against business goals and report results to management.
Tavsif
- Develop a detailed business plan for the assigned region
- Lead the shared team’s sales and marketing work to meet goals and targets
- Regularly report planned and actual business results to the board and management
- Grow and manage Convene’s business independently across the assigned domestic or international region
Talablar
- Experience selling SaaS software
- Experience working with banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) customers
- Experience working with government agencies
- Strong analytical curiosity and the ability to anticipate and report market trends
- Ability to represent the company and communicate product value as a brand ambassador
- Ability to manage varied sales cycles from start to finish and meet sales targets
- Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science or IT
- Alternatively, any undergraduate degree and at least five years of experience in an IT or software company
- MBA or PGDM in Marketing
- Professional demeanor, positive interpersonal skills, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Documented evidence of past performance
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is preferred
- Ability to communicate in international languages is preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to work across international time zones
