Automotive Quality Management Consultant
Advise automotive clients on quality management, audits, supplier development, and process improvement at QMH Consulting. Support OEMs, suppliers, and industrial companies from initial analysis through sustainable implementation.
Tavsif
- Build, implement, and continuously improve quality and management systems
- Advise clients on IATF 16949 requirements and implementation
- Conduct and support system, process, and supplier audits
- Facilitate FMEAs and strengthen existing FMEA structures
- Apply and implement the Automotive Core Tools
- Introduce structured problem-solving methods
- Analyze, optimize, and stabilize production and quality processes
- Develop suppliers and strengthen their capabilities
- Help clients resolve complex production, quality, and escalation issues
- Lead complex customer and special projects
- Prepare companies for customer, certification, and process audits and support them during execution
- Create and deliver training sessions and workshops for specialists and managers
- Work with client teams across quality management, engineering, production, procurement, suppliers, and management
- Guide clients from initial analysis through sustainable implementation in daily operations
Talablar
- Several years of experience in quality management, production, supplier management, or the automotive industry
- A technical degree or equivalent technical training paired with relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of several areas including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, FMEA, Automotive Core Tools, management systems, auditing, supplier development, or production management
- Experience analyzing, improving, and sustainably stabilizing processes; complex project management experience is preferred
- A structured, independent, and solution-focused working style with confidence in client interactions
- Motivation to share expertise and lead audits, workshops, or training sessions
- Very good German and good English proficiency
- Willingness to travel for project assignments
