Associate Site Reliability Engineer
Help keep Binance.US systems reliable, scalable, and observable. Work on monitoring, infrastructure automation, incident response, and production uptime.
Tavsif
- Support system reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Help design and maintain monitoring solutions.
- Work with development and operations teams to improve system performance and uptime.
- Help build and maintain observability practices for logs, metrics, traces, and alerts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep service instrumentation consistent.
- Encourage the use of observability tools and established practices.
- Monitor production systems and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Take part in production support, incident response, and the PagerDuty on-call rotation.
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Create automation and tools that reduce manual operations work.
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and ongoing improvements.
- Report to the DevOps Lead.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- One to three years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
- Proficiency with a programming or scripting language such as Go, Python, or Bash.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, or OpenTelemetry.
- Practical experience with AWS and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Strong fundamentals in Linux or Unix systems and networking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
