  • Source and contact potential content creators.
  • Learn each client’s brand, values, customer profiles, and project requirements.
  • Write detailed script briefs that reflect brand guidelines and planned video footage.
  • Coordinate with creators and build teams for client projects.
  • Shape script briefs around emerging and current TikTok and Instagram trends.
  • Prepare creator briefs that specify required B-roll footage.
  • Identify creators aligned with each brand’s target customers and creative-testing objectives.
  • Explain project scope to prospective creators.
  • Choose and schedule creators for assigned projects.
  • Review video ad variations and submitted materials for quality and consistency.
  • Give actionable feedback on creator submissions.
