Accounts Payable Analyst – CBIZ (Hybrid, Ohio)
Manage cash reconciliations, corporate transactions, and statutory reporting for CBIZ. The role also supports financial controls, public filings, and coordination across corporate teams.
Tavsif
- Reconcile local, consolidated, and payroll cash accounts.
- Record corporate cash transactions through corporate cash accounts.
- Account for designated CBIZ compensation and retention programs.
- Prepare quarterly bank certificates related to company debt and build working relationships with the teams involved.
- Conduct quarterly internal financial reporting surveys.
- Complete applicable government surveys, including reports to the U.S. Census Bureau.
- Record and consolidate results for the Captive Insurance Company.
- Review intercompany reconciliations.
- Review assigned sections of public filings.
- Review assigned SOX control tests, including applicable SOC reports.
- Coordinate between corporate finance and other corporate departments.
Talablar
- At least three years of experience as a subject matter expert.
- Maintain current licenses and certifications required for the area of expertise.
