Descriere
- Create and deliver marketing campaigns that increase enrollment and strengthen brand awareness
- Oversee social media channels, produce engaging content, and expand the online community
- Develop relationships with local schools, community organizations, youth sports networks, and community influencers
- Organize events, pop-ups, and promotional initiatives
- Design flyers, posters, postcards, and other marketing materials in Canva
- Produce videos, print assets, articles, blog posts, emails, newsletters, and informational resources
- Launch and manage email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with program staff to connect marketing activity with program schedules and offerings
- Keep the website updated with relevant community-focused content
- Manage and monitor SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads activity
- Measure marketing performance, analyze results, and refine campaigns accordingly
- Partner with the team to identify and support additional creative marketing initiatives
Cerințe
- One to three years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or a related discipline
- Strong ability to manage social media across multiple platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Enthusiasm for youth sports, child development, or community engagement
- Experience using marketing and project tools such as Salesforce, Canva, and Microsoft 365
- Proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple projects
