Descriere

  • Manage more than 50 wholesale customer and operator locations to improve profitability and account value.
  • Train and develop independent owners, operators, and lessees through learning initiatives and regular site visits.
  • Carry out marketing plans and create and maintain fuel pricing strategies.
  • Advise on environmental rules and government regulations.
  • Maintain brand standards and manage agreements, taxes, security deposits, insurance, invoices, and fees.
  • Plan and carry out strategies that advance the company’s long-term goals.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to deliver program requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard operators for company-owned assets.
  • Handle asset control activities across the assigned territory.
  • Record and update site activity in Salesforce.
  • Find opportunities to reduce maintenance and other operating costs.
  • Respond to emergencies affecting customers and store employees.
  • Negotiate contracts that support company objectives and protect brand standards.
  • Manage customer fuel needs and coordinate maintenance vendors.
  • Build and oversee franchisee relationships across an expanded account network.
  • Assess new business opportunities and prepare financial projections.
  • Support site operators and day-to-day fuel retail operations.
  • Oversee company-owned assets, including operators, light products, land, and facilities.
  • Coach and develop Wholesale Business Specialists.
  • Handle additional duties and special projects assigned by management.

Cerințe

  • A four-year bachelor’s degree, or 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in its place.
  • Relevant sales, account management, and/or wholesale fuel industry experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fuel industry is preferred.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • Team leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
