UAT Accounting Specialist - Ahmedabad Hybrid
Lead user acceptance testing for SAP-based finance systems and reporting at E.L.F. BEAUTY. Validate accounting processes, coordinate stakeholders, and support reliable implementations through go-live.
Descriere
- Test SAP-based financial systems and reporting for accuracy and business readiness
- Develop and run UAT plans, scripts, and scenarios
- Test Finance and Accounting processes across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
- Record, manage, and follow defects through resolution
- Partner with business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders
- Maintain test evidence, documentation, and business approvals
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements
- Monitor and communicate testing progress, defects, risks, and issues
- Keep test execution aligned with project schedules and governance standards
- Connect finance end users with technical implementation teams
- Confirm financial systems meet business requirements before go-live
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in UAT, Finance Operations, or ERP implementations
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics
- Practical experience using JIRA or comparable testing tools
- Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes
- Experience with ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics
- Defect management experience
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation and audit compliance capabilities
- Ability to convert financial requirements into testable scenarios
- Ability to collaborate across finance, tax, and IT functions
- Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Availability to work from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, with extensions as required
