Descriere
- Create and launch education and sports training apps for students, coaches, and families.
- Develop across the full stack, from student apps and data pipelines to AI admissions agents and coaching tools.
- Use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and similar AI coding tools as your primary development environment.
- Lead projects from early discussions through production, launch, and continued improvement.
- Collect feedback from students, coaches, and parents, then use it to improve products.
- Work with the U.S. team each day.
- Build software that supports learning, athletic training, and school operations.

- Be an engineering generalist comfortable with mobile apps, websites, VR experiences, games, and full-stack development.
- Use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools at an expert level every day.

- Apply strong engineering fundamentals to complex debugging, API and data model design, maintainable code, and production stability at scale.
- Communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
- Be willing and able to work 60 or more hours each week, including weekends.
