Support ServiceNow ITSM solutions and AI system updates as an intern on CHS’s Enterprise Services Management Platform team. Work with business units to deliver and deploy technology for a global agribusiness.

- Join the Enterprise Services Management Platform team.
- Make ServiceNow AI system updates for IT service management.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Learn relevant business processes, integration technologies, team practices, and standards.
- Help the team understand business needs and goals.
- Help confirm that proposed solutions address core business needs.
- Use Scrum and Agile practices as directed by a senior team member.
- Partner with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
- Help the ESM team deploy solutions to production.
Cerințe
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in business management, information management, computer science, or another STEM field.
- Know programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Be familiar with Scrum and Agile methods.
- Understand ITIL, DevOps, and ITSM practices.
- Know CI/CD pipeline development, including Azure DevOps.
- Understand the software development lifecycle.
- Have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Have strong analytical and interpretive skills.
- Have a basic understanding of workflows and business processes.
