Descriere

  • Coordinate 3–6 concurrent AI coding-agent workstreams spanning feature delivery, refactoring, bug resolution, and technical investigations
  • Convert product goals into clear specifications and plans that coding agents can execute
  • Lead implementation, inspect every code change, perform quality assurance, merge pull requests, and confirm production stability
  • Architect scalable, dependable systems across Rails 8 and Solidus e-commerce, GraphQL APIs, React 19, and Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Detect fabricated APIs and uphold secure, idiomatic engineering practices
  • Develop and improve internal AI capabilities, including skills, rules, prompts, MCP integrations, and evaluation harnesses
  • Help maintain the shared .ai/ skills and rules library
  • Expand meaningful automated test coverage with RSpec, Vitest, and Playwright
  • Track deployments, handle incidents, and take ownership of released services
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and engineering teams to shape and deliver features
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews
  • Coach engineers in AI-native development workflows and orchestration techniques
  • Automate outstanding manual QA, operational runbooks, data investigations, and migration work

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of professional experience delivering production software systems at scale
  • Required hands-on use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or comparable tools as a primary development method
  • Demonstrated delivery of features, refactors, or investigations through agent orchestration
  • Capability to operate multiple agents concurrently and coordinate parallel workstreams
  • Strong foundations in object-oriented design, API design, data modeling, distributed-system reliability, and performance
  • Professional proficiency in a server-side language such as Ruby, Python, Go, Java, or an equivalent
  • Proficiency with a modern front-end technology stack, including React and TypeScript or an equivalent
  • Experience with Postgres or MySQL, SQL, and REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Exceptional code-review ability
  • Strong written communication skills
  • High integrity, accountability, ownership, and dedication to quality
  • Willingness and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous, high-autonomy environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
