Descriere

  • Produce original video and graphic assets for network platforms while maintaining brand alignment
  • Review broadcasts to identify material suited for social distribution
  • Partner with On-Air and Creative Services teams to develop content tailored for social channels
  • Build and improve publishing workflows and posting strategies with social and digital teams
  • Film b-roll, interviews, and other material at sporting events, media days, and production sets
  • Coach and support a team of social media producers
  • Manage the team’s daily operations, including assignments, schedules, and workload allocation
  • Organize social content requests submitted by Social Media Managers
  • Track developing social platforms, tools, and industry trends
  • Travel for work approximately 20% of the time

Cerințe

  • A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Approximately five or more years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of major social media networks
  • Strong copywriting ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to record with an iPhone or DSLR and use a lavalier microphone
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X
  • Understanding of social media analytics
  • Ability to develop, produce, and deliver timely video and graphic content
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience with Photoshop, Audition, Illustrator, and After Effects is preferred
