- Lead product design from research and wireframes through polished mockups and design systems.
- Shape the marketplace experience that connects pet owners with financial protection and pet insurance.
- Develop wireframes, detailed mockups, and design iterations for website features and experiments.
- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders and reconcile conflicting perspectives.
- Maintain the design system in partnership with the senior marketing designer.

- Write UX copy for quote flows, plan descriptions, error messages, and insurance terminology.
- Coordinate legal and compliance review of product copy.
- Contribute to brand development across product, website, and marketing materials.

Cerințe
- Bring at least five years of product design experience and a record of substantial ownership, ideally at an early-stage startup or in a fast-paced setting.
- Show end-to-end design thinking in a portfolio, from research and strategy through polished, released interfaces.
- Have experience owning or making a significant contribution to a design system.
- Write clear, accessible product copy and demonstrate strong UX writing skills.
- Independently conduct user research and competitor analysis, then translate findings into product decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Experience in insurtech, fintech, or consumer marketplaces is preferred.
