Senior Product Compliance Expert
Turn EPR, Digital Product Passport and related regulations into scalable product content at osapiens. Partner with product and engineering teams, using AI tools and structured data to maintain accurate compliance rules.
Descriere
- Lead product compliance content from regulatory research through implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Analyze legislation and official guidance carefully, distinguishing confirmed requirements from interpretation and identifying gaps.
- Convert complex rules into structured, practical guidance for product and engineering teams.
- Track changes across EPR, Digital Product Passport and related compliance areas, assessing product impact and surfacing emerging requirements.
- Work with product managers and engineers to prioritize features and content updates based on urgency, customer impact and technical feasibility.
- Use AI and automation, including agentic systems, to research and maintain compliance content at scale while reviewing outputs critically.
- Manage compliance rules with Git, YAML and JSON to support version control and integration with product systems.
Cerințe
- Bring 4–8 years of experience in product compliance, environmental compliance, regulatory affairs or a related field, with demonstrated knowledge of product-level compliance.
- Have a broad understanding of EU compliance frameworks and proven experience with EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and/or Digital Product Passport regulations.
- Read legislation with precision, distinguish legal obligations from interpretation, and identify gaps in guidance or product logic.
- Apply strong analytical skills to test rules against edge cases and real scenarios before using them to guide product decisions.
- Work comfortably with product and engineering teams, discussing functional requirements, data structures and technical trade-offs in compliance implementation.
- Have professional experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, or with structured data tools and formats such as Git, YAML or JSON.
- Use a collaborative, data-informed approach that considers regulations, customer feedback, technical constraints and market developments.
- Be fluent in German.
- Have English proficiency at C1 level or above.
