- Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot network devices.
- Diagnose network environment issues and escalate them when needed.
- Manage network incidents and deliver resolutions.

- Bring a strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
- Have deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
- Work with TCP/IP and common service applications.
- Have experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, and VPNs.
- Work with HPE and Cisco routing and switching equipment.
- Apply network engineering and troubleshooting skills.
- Analyze application traffic.
- Have experience with PVST, RPVST, MST, and VXLAN.
- Bring WLAN, LAN, and WAN engineering and implementation experience.
- Have experience with ITIL and project management.
- Configure and troubleshoot 802.1x.
- Configure and tune 802.1x switches on Cisco and HP platforms.
- Work with multi-vendor supplicant configurations.
- Document complex technologies and topologies according to best practices.
- Have 7–9 years of IT experience.
- Hold a graduate degree.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
