Senior .NET Developer – Hybrid in Athens

Descriere
- Own the design and delivery of backend systems built with C# and .NET.
- Analyze existing systems, recommend architectural enhancements, and uphold sound engineering practices.
- Work with product owners, business analysts, and clients to turn business needs into technical implementations.
- Support junior developers through mentoring, code reviews, and consistent development standards.
- Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and technical direction.
- Design and implement systems for strong performance, scalability, and reliability.
Cerințe
- At least five years of professional backend development experience with Microsoft technologies, including C# and .NET or .NET Core.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and clean-code practices.
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and working with Entity Framework and SQL databases.
- Able to evaluate complex requirements and convert them into clear technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring software development teams.
- Full-stack experience with Razor, Blazor, or comparable Microsoft web technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript frontend frameworks is advantageous.
- A strong problem-solving approach and clear ownership of assigned work.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
