Senior MicroStrategy BI Developer (Remote, Philippines)
Build enterprise analytics and reporting solutions with MicroStrategy at Quantrics. Develop data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and governed insights for corporate teams.
Descriere
- Design and optimize enterprise business intelligence solutions from development through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Turn complex data into business insights through dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
- Use visualizations to explain trends, KPIs, and business performance.
- Create and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Write and tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views.
- Build and maintain scalable data models for BI and enterprise reporting.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and data solutions.
- Work with Corporate Communications, HR, and other teams to align reporting with organizational goals.
- Coordinate multiple projects, shifting priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Assess new data sources to broaden analytics capabilities.
- Support data governance, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance across the enterprise.
- Maintain reporting structures, business rules, organizational hierarchies, and metadata definitions.
- Prepare technical specifications, data dictionaries, solution documentation, and user guides.
- Track emerging technologies, reporting approaches, and BI practices.
- Find ways to improve reporting workflows, automation, and data architecture.
- Advise on strategic BI initiatives and enterprise reporting programs.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role.
- At least five years developing enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale BI solutions in complex data environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy; Workstation experience is preferred.
- Experience with Strategy Administration and semantic layer development, including attributes, facts, hierarchies, metadata management, and schema design.
- At least five years of SQL development, including advanced query tuning and optimization.
- Experience with BigQuery and large analytical datasets.
- Strong understanding of ETL design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and enterprise reports.
- Experience supporting HR, Corporate Communications, Finance, or enterprise reporting functions is an asset.
- Experience with SAP Business Objects, Information Design Tool, SAP Business Warehouse, BEx Query, SuccessFactors, Tableau, or Power BI is an asset.
- Ability to manage several projects and competing priorities independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience providing technical guidance, setting BI best practices, and supporting reporting strategy initiatives.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience implementing data governance, privacy, and security controls in BI environments.
