- Shape and deliver integrated marketing, content, and design strategy to tell Newcode.ai’s story
- Maintain a clear, consistent brand identity and narrative across every channel
- Partner with founders, product, and sales to bring the company’s innovation into campaigns
- Create compelling copy, visuals, and campaigns for web, social, sales, and external communications
- Develop stories and visual assets that set Newcode.ai apart
- Produce videos and animations
- Track marketing KPIs and use performance insights to improve visibility and engagement
- Find opportunities to expand Newcode.ai’s market presence
Cerințe
- Bring at least five years of senior marketing, content, or design experience, preferably at a fast-growing technology company or startup
- Show a portfolio of creative campaigns and brand or visual identity transformations
- Have practical expertise in brand strategy, content production, digital marketing, and team leadership
- Use marketing analytics to diagnose problems and guide decisions
- Communicate exceptionally well in writing, speech, and visual formats
- Be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Have experience leading creative teams and collaborating across functions
- Keep current with developments in marketing, content, and design
- Take initiative to spot opportunities and turn ideas into action
- Combine creativity with the ability to deliver measurable performance
