Advise Nordnet’s digital savings and investment platform on corporate and commercial law, contracts, regulatory matters, disputes, and product development.
Descriere
- Work under Nordnet’s General Counsel in close partnership with the business, primarily supporting a central business area
- Handle commercial and corporate legal matters
- Provide ongoing legal guidance to executive management and the wider organization
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with partners, customers, and suppliers
- Support the development of new products and services
- Maintain and update terms and conditions for Nordnet’s insurance products and services
- Monitor new and amended legislation and communicate relevant updates internally
- Deliver internal legal training
- Manage ongoing relationships with authorities and industry organizations
- Handle disputes
Cerințe
- Law degree
- At least six years of qualified legal experience after completing a law degree
- Experience as in-house counsel at another licensed business, a law firm, or a relevant public authority
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
- Commercially minded, committed, and solution-oriented
- Able to communicate knowledge and insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and collaborative
- Clear communicator
