Senior Legal Consultant – LNG Trading and Shipping at Axiom (Singapore Hybrid)
Support Axiom’s Fortune 500 client with LNG contracting, trading, shipping, and infrastructure matters across Asia. Deliver practical legal guidance in a fast-moving commercial environment.
Descriere
- Deliver daily legal support to the LNG supply, trading, and shipping business across Asia
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements related to LNG and energy
- Support LNG trading work involving contractual, commercial, and risk considerations
- Advise on LNG supply, sale and purchase, transportation, shipping, and related trading arrangements
- Provide legal guidance for LNG infrastructure and development projects
- Review and negotiate documentation connected with projects
- Partner with commercial, trading, shipping, project, and other stakeholders to identify and manage legal and contractual risks
- Conduct substantive legal work without responsibility for people management
- Give practical legal advice on complex, time-sensitive issues in a trading environment
Cerințe
- Demonstrated experience as a commercial lawyer
- At least 10 years of experience in the relevant practice area
- Substantial experience in LNG, commodities, energy trading, projects, or infrastructure
- Significant experience handling LNG, commodities trading, energy, projects and infrastructure, shipping, or related energy-sector transactions
- Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts
- Ability to deliver practical, commercially focused advice to a sophisticated business
- Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and own matters through completion
- Required legal authorization to work
