Senior Java and Angular Full-Stack Developer
Lead the use of AI and intelligent agents to transform software delivery for a CI&T financial services client. Remote work in Brazil, with required attendance in Campinas for residents of its metropolitan area.
Descriere
- Coordinate AI and intelligent agents across the software development lifecycle.
- Refine technical and contextual guidance for agent-led tasks using Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
- Set engineering guardrails to govern AI-generated code quality and prevent technical hallucinations.
- Explore and develop agentic tools and practices, including GitHub Copilot, Skills, MCPs, and context and prompt engineering.
- Guide teams in unit testing, test automation, code reviews, and observability.
- Help define and evolve solution architecture for Java and Spring backends, microservices, messaging, and AI integration.
- Lead technical analysis and align architectural and functional decisions with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead software delivery transformation for a financial services client.
Cerințe
- Bring solid software engineering experience with Java 17 or later and the Spring ecosystem, including Boot and Cloud.
- Have practical experience applying artificial intelligence to software engineering and building agents.
- Be proficient in Spec-Driven Development (SDD), context engineering, and prompt orchestration.
- Have experience with GitHub Copilot, Skills, and MCPs.
- Understand microservices architecture, Kafka or RabbitMQ messaging, and cloud concepts on Azure or AWS.
- Have practical experience with unit testing, code quality, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
- Communicate effectively, collaborate well, think analytically, and work in dynamic environments focused on continuous innovation.
- Be based in Brazil.
