Descriere
- Improve team efficiency through initiatives, new technologies, and practices such as Cross Knowledge Training
- Convert business needs into clear technical specifications
- Evaluate technology, infrastructure, and cost implications when making engineering decisions
- Record and explain infrastructure and design choices to business and technical stakeholders
- Establish clear project ownership and accountability
Cerințe
- At least five years of professional iOS development experience
- Advanced practical experience with Swift and SwiftUI
- Knowledge of data structures, system design, design patterns, API design, MVP or MVVM, declarative interfaces, Git, and DevOps
- Full-stack development experience is an advantage
- Experience with cloud platforms, GraphQL, and Firebase is an advantage
- At least two published iOS applications
- Experience integrating third-party libraries and APIs
- Understanding of mobile architectures, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Ability to recognize and help attract capable engineers as the team expands
- Strong analytical and communication abilities in English and Spanish
- Constructive attitude and composure in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with at least one AI tool for improving and augmenting daily work
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
