Senior Infor M3 CloudSuite Integration Architect
Design and support Infor M3 CloudSuite integrations at Columbus, connecting ERP platforms with internal, external, and legacy systems using Infor OS technologies.
Descriere
- Design and deliver integration solutions across the Infor M3 CloudSuite environment.
- Work with consultants, clients, and technical teams to clarify integration needs.
- Configure, test, and deploy connections between M3 CloudSuite and other systems.
- Build integrations with Infor ION, API Gateway, and M3 APIs.
- Maintain API, event, message, and batch-based integrations.
- Create and maintain data transformation, mapping, validation, and error-handling components.
- Submit technical integration approaches for Technology Solution Architect review and approval.
- Resolve functional specification questions with Business Consultants during development.
- Escalate proposed departures from approved integration architecture or technical approaches.
- Plan and run unit and integration tests, including end-to-end data-flow checks.
- Diagnose integration defects, API errors, transaction failures, performance issues, and inconsistent data.
- Assist with system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, launch, and post-launch stabilization.
- Set up monitoring, logging, error handling, and recovery processes.
- Work with technical and functional colleagues to resolve defects across systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, integration mappings, deployment records, and support procedures.
- Contribute to integration workshops, technical planning, estimates, and sprint delivery.
- Manage dependencies across functional workstreams, vendors, and client technical teams.
- Apply architecture, development, security, and change-management standards.
- Surface integration risks, technical constraints, and dependencies early in projects.
- Share technical knowledge with client support and development teams.
Cerințe
- At least 7 years of Infor M3 consulting, including multiple implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects involving M3 Finance.
- At least 7 years of ERP technical consulting or integration development, with substantial hands-on Infor M3 CloudSuite experience.
- At least three completed, full-lifecycle Infor M3 implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Infor ION, Infor API Gateway, and M3 APIs or MI Transactions.
- Strong knowledge of BOD structures, publishing, subscriptions, event-driven messaging, and Infor OS integration patterns.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting ION Connectors for database, file, and web-service integrations.
- Strong grasp of API integration patterns, JSON, XML, HTTP/S, authentication, and related standards.
- Experience with SQL, data mapping, transformation, extraction, validation, and integration data processing.
- Working knowledge of integration security, service accounts, authorization, connectivity, and deployment configuration.
- Able to travel up to 30% for client work.
- Preferred: Infor M3 CloudSuite environment architecture, configuration, and administration experience.
- Preferred: Experience provisioning and refreshing environments, configuring tenants, and managing releases.
- Preferred: Experience coordinating environment changes, deployments, and connectivity across development, test, and production.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite infrastructure, network connectivity, certificates, authentication, and security settings.
- Preferred: Experience supporting technical cutover and production readiness.
- Preferred: Experience with Infor EDI, including Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC).
- Preferred: Knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
- Preferred: Experience integrating with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and other trading partners.
- Preferred: Experience with M3 H5 SDK, H5 scripting, and personalization.
