Senior IAM Technical Architect (German) Poland Remote
Lead scalable IAM and IGA architecture for Spyrosoft’s enterprise clients in regulated industries. Shape integrations, security compliance, and technical solution design across identity platforms.
Descriere
- Own the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of the overall IAM and IGA architecture
- Develop technical solution concepts and integration strategies for IAM and IGA ecosystems
- Maintain a consistent, scalable end-to-end architecture across identity services and platforms
- Design interfaces and integration patterns connecting IAM and IGA solutions with enterprise applications
- Assess architectural risks, dependencies, technical limitations, and appropriate mitigation measures
- Maintain alignment with security policies, regulatory obligations, and standards including ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, and KRITIS
- Work with client architects, security specialists, and technical teams to guide architectural decisions
- Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance throughout the solution lifecycle
- Contribute to governance activities and preserve architectural consistency across the program
- Evaluate solution designs and propose enhancements that meet security and compliance expectations
Cerințe
- At least 10 years of professional experience in IAM, IGA, cybersecurity architecture, or a related security discipline
- Demonstrated ability to design complete IAM and IGA architectures for enterprise environments
- Experience designing and delivering at least five IAM or IGA architecture implementations
- Strong understanding of IAM and IGA integrations, interface architecture, and interoperability
- Background working in highly regulated, compliance-focused industries
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, and KRITIS
- Proven ability to identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and architectural issues
- Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience coordinating with diverse technical stakeholders in large enterprise environments
- Fluent German at C1 or C2 level for project delivery and client communication
- Experience in energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure
- Prior work in KRITIS-regulated environments
- Consulting experience in complex IAM or IGA transformation and implementation programs
- Experience contributing to large-scale identity modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud IAM ecosystems and hybrid identity architectures
- Practical experience using AI tools in daily work
