Senior Global Logistics Business Process Expert
Lead logistics process harmonization and SAP S/4HANA transformation across Hitachi Energy’s manufacturing network. Coordinate transportation, warehouse management, and business execution processes with global and local teams.
Descriere
- Work with Digital Manufacturing Competence Center colleagues and local Digital BPOs
- Lead process improvement and harmonization initiatives in line with DTO
- Coordinate with Transportation, Warehouse Management, and Master Data teams to support harmonization and compliance
- Assess process usage regularly and benchmark performance
- Promote adherence to global processes
- Evaluate new requirements and track implementation progress
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Spot deviations from standard templates and share effective practices
- Create user stories and solutions for deployment across multiple factories
- Convert operational requirements for automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) into scalable integration designs, user stories, interface specifications, test scenarios, and deployment standards
- Coordinate with factory, automation, SAP, and IT teams
- Resolve system-related issues
- Prepare training materials and deliver role-specific training
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, information technology, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain execution, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, and business process management within global manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, Engineer-to-Order, and Service Management processes
- Advanced SAP S/4HANA expertise, including Transportation Management (TM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Inventory Management (IM)
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, testing, and stabilizing integrations between SAP EWM and automated warehouse technologies such as AS/RS, WCS/WES, conveyors, and material handling systems
- Experience leading global process ownership, SAP transformation, and harmonization across factory operations, regional deployment teams, and global organizations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end integration across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Finance
- Ability to turn complex business needs into scalable, optimized global solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and change leadership skills
