Descriere
- Lead the AI Coach, shaping prompts, conversation flow, Pinecone retrieval, model selection and evaluation, and safety systems tested against scripted clinical scenarios.
- Own the backend built with Python 3.12, FastAPI, Strawberry GraphQL, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Deliver mobile and web products with React Native for iOS and Android and React, including App Store, Google Play, and Stripe subscriptions.
- Manage release engineering across CI/CD, environments, signing credentials, monitoring, backups, and rollback to support frequent, safe releases.
- Bring product judgment to mobile and web user experience.
- Explain technical decisions in clear language to the founder and clinical team.
- Plan work, secure approval for direction, work independently, and report results.
- Create automated evaluation tools for AI Coach scenario suites.
- Build safety thresholds and crisis response systems with legal and clinical approval.
- Report to the non-technical founder and lead engineering end to end.
Cerințe
- Show a track record of shipping LLM products, including prompt design, conversation state, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, moderation, and safety handling beyond basic API use.
- Bring strong backend skills in Python, FastAPI or a comparable framework, SQL/PostgreSQL, and AWS, with the ability to own infrastructure, CI/CD, and production operations independently.
- Build and debug products with React Native and React on iOS and Android, including app store in-app purchases and Stripe on web.
- Use agentic coding tools regularly and apply sound judgment in reviewing and taking responsibility for their output.
- Show strong product instincts and an eye for mobile and web UX, identifying and improving layout, copy, and user flows.
- Work independently with a record of owning a product or major system end to end with little technical oversight, and communicate effectively in writing with a non-technical founder.
- Handle sensitive data carefully, with experience or demonstrated commitment to privacy, security, and access controls for personal or health information.
- Have experience in mental health, health technology, or other regulated or safety-critical consumer products.
- Have experience taking ownership of a codebase after an agency or team departure.
- Understand mobile release processes, including App Store and Play Store reviews, promo codes, and staged rollouts.
- Have experience with analytics and growth tools such as AppsFlyer and GA4, event taxonomy design, or experimentation frameworks.
- Have experience with voice features such as text-to-speech or speech-to-text, push notification planning, or CRM and email integrations.
