Senior Flutter Software Engineer — Nortal, Ukraine (Hybrid)
Build scalable Flutter apps for Nortal’s international customers, shaping architecture and improving performance. Work in an agile product team and help mentor fellow engineers.
Descriere
- Develop and maintain cross-platform Flutter applications.
- Create reusable, scalable, maintainable software components.
- Work with product, design, backend, and QA teams.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code.
- Review code and support engineering quality initiatives.
- Improve application performance, stability, and user experience.
- Help maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues.
- Mentor engineers and strengthen the engineering culture.
Cerințe
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Flutter development.
- Strong command of Dart and the Flutter ecosystem.
- Experience shipping production applications for iOS and Android.
- Sound understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Bloc, Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
- Strong knowledge of mobile app lifecycles and release processes.
- Experience with automated testing and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
- Upper-intermediate or higher spoken and written English.
