- Manage family law matters from initial consultation through settlement or trial
- Act as lead counsel, shape case strategy, and guide clients through family law litigation
- Represent clients in hearings, settlement conferences, depositions, mediations, and trials across Orange County and surrounding Southern California courts
- Advise clients on divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and post-judgment issues
- Negotiate settlements and prepare pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery materials, and settlement agreements
- Recommend improvements to firm systems, workflows, and the client experience
- Collaborate with the firm owner and legal support staff
- Share legal knowledge, mentor junior colleagues when appropriate, and promote professionalism and continuous improvement
- Develop trusted client relationships through responsive communication, sound legal judgment, and compassionate representation
Cerințe
- At least five years of California family law litigation experience, including courtroom appearances and trial work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in supporting the law firm’s growth and development
- Active membership in the State Bar of California and good standing
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards in legal practice
